ABOUT OUR RENTAL SHOP

If you're not familiar with the rental shop a little advance preparation can help your day go smoother. Here's some useful information to guide you through the process at Windham.

  1. Complete a rental form. This can be done ahead on-line or upon your arrival. Look for ski rental forms at the first station just inside the rental shop. If you filled out a rental form online, you can pick up your completed form from the attendant at the first station. Blank forms for snowboards or other equipment will be found at the cashier's station.

  2. Go to the appropriate cashier station--Cash, Credit Cards, or Pre-Paid.We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. A Driver's ID, major credit card or cash deposit is required when renting equipment. It's a good idea to have this available, along with your rental form, before proceeding to the cashier. At the cashier's station you have the opportunity to purchase lift passes, group lessons and beginner packages, in addition to renting equipment.

  3. Go to the boot fitting area for ski or snowboard boots. Bear in mind that your rental boot size may vary considerably from your street shoe size. Try to get a comfortable fit, not too loose and not too tight.

  4. Go to the appropriate equipment counter to pick up your skis or snowboard. Hold onto the pink copy of your rental agreement. You will need it when you turn in your equipment. Take note of the ID# engraved on your equipment. It will help you keep track of your skis or snowboard throughout the day.

  5. Return your equipment when you've finished skiing or riding. Have the pink copy of your rental agreement on hand when you return to the Rental Shop at the end of your rental session. Return skis & boards first, followed by boots. An attendant will validate your copy of the rental agreement.

  6. Take the pink copy of your rental agreement to the cashier's station to retrieve your deposit.

Have A Great Day.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. Sorry, no personal checks except for season passes and Frequent Savings Cards . For your convenience, ATM machines are located in the base lodge
